Rural Technology and Management Khadi & Village Industries Samiti was initiated during August, 1995 with a group of likeminded friends of the upliftment tribal’s and down trodden of ever neglected Golamunda and Dharamgarh block of Kalahandi district, ordinary ufliftment aims at establishing a just sustainable free and participatory society where each individual establish his livelihood.

Since last four decades, many developmental agencies, policy makers as on planners and have been engaged in framing of various policies and programmes at micro level, for abolition of poverty from the society. But there is no change. It is only because the people are not being involved with the so-called policy makers or the programmes initiated for them.

Hence Rural Technology & management Khadi & Village Industries Samiti believes the process of real development not for the people but with the people. It should start from grass root level with people’s involvement and participation, There is no better way for upliftment.

Goal :- To establish a just participatory and sustainable society by utilizing the local available resources and services where every individual will live with dignity and self respect.
